I opened the bridge does not show any panel, only the menu bar, I tried to reset the work area can not solve the problem, uninstall reload does not work, I am some distress ... ... need help

Bridge CS6 Export Feature stopped working with Nov 2017
Since 11/1/2017 the Export-Feature in Bridge stopped working. The Window doesn't show saved export presets.
When the Date of the computer is set to an older Date and Bridge is restartet everything works fine.

Adobe Bridge CS6 (5.0.2.4 x64) Output window wont open
Hi,
When using right click on one or multiple image in bridge and choosing Export to hard drive or any other option
the windows with the export option wont open.
on closing bridge i have a warning that the image are in the output queue but no window will appear to select the destination folder etc...
can you help

hi,
i've got some large external drives full of images, mainly pdf's..
when generating bridge thumbnails for them, i only used the "export cache to folders" option.
working with bridge as a graphic designer using a ssd system drive pc environment, brings me again and again to the point
when bridge messes up all my system space in the "roaming" folder. (even with "export cache to folders" option).
so i concluded this might be because of the rather larger preview files, so i cleared up the "1024" folder in "roaming"
but it didn't help much. i noticed the "256" folder was huge too, so i had to purge it. BUT! oh my god! all my thumbnails,
from all the drives, all gone!
nothing with "export cache to folders", ..does it work???
how can a software mess up the rather small ssd system drive!?
why can i not create and locate my thumb databases individually? ..surely to the drives where the images are, and definitely able to load..
(as thumbsplus could do 20 yeas ago...)
regenerating all these thumbs again and again for external backup drives would be more than absurd, ..is there another solution, pc system independent?

Horrible preview quality in latest Bridge
I upgraded to the latest version of Bridge an the quality of the previews
a very poor compared to the previous version.
Regardless of the image size and any possible combination of settings
in Bridge, the images are very soft! Even if the image size is pixel per pixel
exact for the display, i.e. say a 1920x1080 image is in the preview window
and at a size is such that maps perfectly to the display resolution and fits the
preview window.
This is making trying to decide if an image is suitable for my purpose very difficult
as I need to open each image in Photoshop (or some other app) to get a true representation
of the image. This becomes very,very tedious after a batch run of many images, usually
prepping for web.
This was not an issue at all in the previous version as Bridge rendered the previews
as razor sharp as whatever the source was.
Is this a bug or have settings been changed that there is some obtuse combo
needed to get acceptable quality?

Bridge - "The file cannot store XMP metadata. No changes will occur"
I am trying to use keywords to organize all my projects. But on every file I try to apply a keyword too I get the message "The file cannot store XMP metadata. No changes will occur". I'm on windows 7 64bit with Creative Cloud and all the latest updates.

Why do my images look soft in Bridge?
Hi, I'm a Photo Mechanic user, but I'm having problems with their latest release (PM5), so I thought I'd check out the latest version of Bridge to see if it can serve the same function. I'm having problems getting sharp previews. When I hit the spacebar to view an image full screen it looks blurred. If I click on the image it then becomes sharp (it stays the same size, just redraws itself and becomes sharp). Is this a bug or a feature? Thanks.

changing UPPER to lowercase keywords in Bridge or Lightroom
Hello,
Apologies if this has been covered, but I'm new and somewhat on a deadline.
I have a batch of about 1,000 images for work that have been tagged with a keyword and then an ID number. They are currently in uppercase, but I need them in lowercase. The keyword and the ID number are also in quotations (to qualify them as a single keyword together).
Example:
current keyword, including quotation marks:
"BLSSI.COM_PERSON_ID=964820"
ideal:
"blssi.com_person_id=964820"
If it weren't for the quotation marks, I think I could figure out how to batch-rename them, but since they are in quotation marks, it makes for every file (which all have different numbers at the end) being its own, separate keyword. Does that make sense? I'm looking for a way to just change the letters within the quotation marks to lower case instead of upper case.
Is there any hope for me? I can also work in Lightroom, but I'm not savvy with scripts or coding. I'm on a Mac with Bridge 2017 and Lightroom CC (I can upgrade if need be, too).

Can I auto-apply metadata to images?
I'm trying to add an efficiency into my workflow. When my org produces images for our website, I add some basic metadata info appropriate for all imagery. I'd love to speed up the process a bit. I'm wondering if either of the two hypotheticals sounds achievable:
- Is it possible to create a script that would execute a metadata write? I'm thinking here of when I've used scripts where I drag them on top of a file and it 'does something' (like my technical jargon?)
- Can I create a watch folder within Bridge? I'd be down with just remembering to copy my images into a folder before it goes to its final home.
Perhaps there's some other modality. I dunno. I couldn't find anything in my searches. Any direction would be appreciated.

Save jpg with metadata in the name
Is there a function in Bridge where you can save the photo with camera settings in the name?
When I use photos it would help if the pictures shows f, ISO and AE.
Can I chose somewhere specific metadata I want in the photo name in Bridge.- so I dont have to write that in the caption individually?

BridgeCC Thumbnail Image not showing
Just got upgraded, double-click won't send image to Photoshop CC any more, must select "Open With.." Small pain" Tried to set open preference for TIFF images to Photoshop CC and now I lost all TIFF image thumbnail to a PS file image but not thumbnail image of photo. What can I do to restore the thumbnail image of TIFF files? JPEG show ok.

Adobe Bridge CC 2017 Vollbildmodus/Camera RAW/ Pfeiltasten
Hallo zusammen,
habe seit der Aktuallissierung auf Photoshop 2018 folgende Probleme:
1.in der Bridge kann ich mit der Leertaste nicht mehr in den Vollbildmodus gehen.
2. In der Bridge kann ich keine Funktion mit den Pfeiltasten
3. Ich kann in der Bridge meine Fotos nicht mehr mit der ENTER-Taste bzw. mit dem Camera RAW Symbol zu Camera RAW wechseln.
dies geht nur noch mit Doppelklick.
Wer kann mir hierbei helfen?

Paste a path into Bridge... why not possible???
Hello all,
I know there are work arounds, IE open windows explorer, find the folder you want, and RH clickto open in bridge... but you may as well just find the folder in Bridge!
Please add this basic feature. IMO the "Search Adobe Stock" should be PATH by default, and STOCK if you opt or chose that from a dropdown in that search box/field.

Photodownloader: "connecting to device please wait"
There is no problem connecting Nikon D500 and load the photos to my laptop with Photodownloader or LR-Import. (newest and older Versions)
There is a problem connecting D500 to my PC since two months.
If there is one RAW-photo on my memory card Photodownloader needs 10 seconds "connecting to the device"
If there are 10 photos on the memory card Photodownloader needs 100 seconds "connecting to the device".
After that time the photos are loaded quickly.
Photodownloader seems to be more clever than Lightroom CC Classic.
In the mentioned cases above Lightroom-Import tells me after 10 resp. 100 seconds : " no photos found".
Any ideas? Thank you! And please: no proposal: "Take the cardreader"

Bridge CC cannot see CFAST card reader
Hi,
I am using a SanDisk CFAST card reader with a CFAST 2,0 card. Windows can see the reader but Bridge doesn't see the reader. I use bridge for importing my photos, now I have to copy them manually. very annoying! What's the solution?

Adobe Bridge is not recognising CFast 2.0 - Windows can see it just fine - Bridge does NOT. Error when launching Photoshop CS from Bridge
Running iMac with OS X High Sierra 10.13.1. When I open Bridge and double click on an image to launch Photoshop, I get an error message saying "PS icon - some of the application components are missing from the application directory. Please reinstall the application."
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Bridge and Photoshop CC and continue to get the error message. Any suggestions?

Doesn't Bridge support .HEIC?
I use Bridge as my main photo viewer, but when I tried to view my iCloud photos the other day, I noticed that I couldn't open any of them, because they are now all syncing over in .HEIC format. Doesn't Bridge support this format?

Working with metadata for MTS files in Bridge
I'm working at a production company trying to get about 15 TB of video footage archived and keyworded to make them searchable. Up until now, they've been working with Final Cut, so I've been doing tagging and other metadata edits in Kyno and Neofinder. Now they're switching to Adobe, so I want to find a way to make this work with Bridge and Premiere (and possibly Prelude).
Most of the files we have are in .MTS or .MP4 format, which I understand doesn't support metadata being written directly to the file. When I edit in Neofinder, it creates an XMP sidecar file for the metadata, but the problem is Bridge and Premiere seem to ignore this metadata. Does anyone know a way to make this work? Right now the only solution I can think of is converting everything to .mov which will make the files much larger and create problems for the company with storage and budget.

Photodownloader doesn't start automaticly when I put my SD card in the PC
For many Years I use "Photodownloader" (Part of Bridge). At the moment that I put my SD Card into the PC It's started automaticly.
But eversince a few month's it doesn't do that anymore.
It's no problem to start it manually but thats's not what I want.
I use a PC, Windows 10, Adobe CC 2018.
On recommendation by Adobe I uninstalled Bridge CC 2018 (their comment "Photodownloader is not supoorted by CC 2018 - still it worked)
but without any result.
What do I have to do to let Photodownloader starting when I put in my SD card in my PC.
Hope that someone can help my..
